Management Team

Nancy Creel is our president and primary owner. A hands-on manager, she has successfully run the day-to-day operations of RJC Commercial Janitorial since 2009. Nancy started with the company in 1988 and progressed through the district manager, operation manager, and accounting department head positions. Adept at solving problems and with a great eye for detail and organization, she easily sees and manages both the big picture and the small. She and her team are perfectionists and ensure that their attention to quality always shines through.

Russell Creel is the founder of RJC and currently serves as VP of New Business Development, heading up the sales department. Russell’s 15 years in the commercial property management business equip him to be a true partner to his valued clients. Russ provides them with insightful industry information as well as a strong sales and service perspective on how to grow their business.

History

We founded RJC Commercial Janitorial in 1988 to provide dependable, quality commercial cleaning services to the Baltimore-Washington Corridor. By focusing on outstanding customer service, the company has experienced strong consistent growth throughout the past 30 years. In 2009, Nancy Creel purchased the controlling shares of the company and became the president. We added the division Cleanroom Solutions in 2001 to apply our trademark quality cleaning to clean rooms when we recognized a considerable gap in the market for these services.

RJC Commercial Janitorial was recognized as the “GSA Top Federal Contractor of the Year” in 1992 and 1993 in the Baltimore/Washington Corridor. We were also honored by BOMA with The Building of the Year award. We’re extremely proud of the fact that we still have our first client (US Navy) and have retained almost all of our clients since 1988 – more than 30 years ago. Additionally, our employee retention rate far exceeds the average of our competition.

Since we work with various defense contractors, the U.S. Government, and many private high tech companies, we understand security; our staff will work closely with your security personnel and follow your protocols to ensure the security of your facility. Before any work begins, we perform comprehensive background checks on our employees. Then we train them through on-site classes to ensure they use the best procedures, equipment, and cleaning products. Additionally, our on-site English-speaking supervisors will eliminate issues before they become problems. We will meet your expectations and your SOP.
